Our BRAND NEW restaurant location is located on 3024 Mountain View Drive, Suite 108 in Anchorage, Alaska. We have CAREFULLY designed this new space to utilize EVERY SINGLE square foot.

We proudly feature TWO PERUVIAN ROTISSERIE OVENS that cook our incredible chicken. We took careful consideration to make ordering your Pollo a la Brasa an experience just the same as taking your first bite!

Our back of the house is JUST AS INCREDIBLE as the front. We proudly create SCRATCH MADE latin appetizers, side items and specials. Our sauces themselves are made by hand, utilizing dozens of ingredients and fresh produce.
